A whole school year fits into one booking: on MUVAWAY you rent a furnished house, finca or large monthly apartment for up to 12 months, for example from late August to early July. Search with exactly those dates, check the listing for a garden and bedrooms, and introduce your family in your own words when you book. The landlord confirms, and you see all costs beforehand.

How do I plan the dates?
Plan move-in a few days before the first school day so the children can settle in, and move-out after the last one. A booking runs from 32 nights to at most 12 months; each landlord sets their own minimum and maximum stay in the listing. Move-in can be up to 12 months ahead, so you can search early.
What does a family look for in a house?
Count bedrooms and beds, check the maximum number of occupants in the house rules and look at the amenities: washing machine, heating for the winter months, internet and a workspace if one parent works from home. What do I write when I book?
In the introduction field you tell the landlord in your own words who is moving in, for which school year and why you are living in Mallorca. Leave out health information. The landlord reads your introduction and decides on their own.
What does a school year cost?
Before the final click, the booking summary shows the monthly rent, utilities and deposit. If the landlord has summer and winter prices, the booking works out a blended price: every month of your booking costs the same. Some landlords offer a discount from 3 or from 6 months.
You save your card when you book; nothing is charged until the landlord replies. From the second month, the rent is charged to the card automatically. You pay the deposit directly to the landlord at key handover.
