Who is this for?
For anyone who wants to live in Mallorca for a few months and keep working: employees with a remote contract, freelancers and project teams who want to live here for a while. You don't have to fit a category. What matters is a genuine reason why you live here for a while instead of at your usual home; it is later recorded in your booking confirmation.
What do I look for in the listing?
Check the amenities for internet and a workspace. Look at the photos and picture where you would sit with your laptop during the day: a table, light, a quiet corner. If you are living and working here through the winter months, check the heating too.
If something is missing, such as the internet speed, ask the landlord in the chat before you book. The location shown is approximate; you get the exact address later.
How long can I stay?
A booking runs from 32 nights to 12 months. Each landlord sets their own minimum and maximum stay in the listing. Move-in can be up to 12 months ahead. Search with your real dates and you only see what is actually free.
What do I write when I book?
In the introduction field you describe in your own words who is moving in, for how long and why, for example that you will be working from here for a few months. Leave out health information. The landlord reads your introduction and decides on their own.
What does it cost?
Before the final click, the booking summary shows the monthly rent, utilities and deposit. Depending on the listing, utilities are included, a fixed flat rate or a flat rate with a top-up based on usage. Some landlords offer a discount from 3 or from 6 months.
