Yes, you can if the listing allows pets: the landlord decides in their house rules whether pets may move in. When you book, you say that your dog or cat is coming along and can send up to 5 photos. The landlord sees them with your booking, before confirming.
Where do I see whether pets are allowed?
Every listing shows the house rules, including the line "Pets" with "Allowed" or "Not allowed". Under "Not allowed" it also says: "Assistance dogs are not considered pets." If nothing is shown, ask the landlord in the chat before you book.
How do I introduce my pet when I book?
When you book, you choose "Pet: yes". You can then upload up to 5 photos if you like. They arrive as one message in the chat of that booking and only you and the landlord can see them. In your introduction you can describe in your own words who is coming along: dog or cat, size, age, how your animal lives.
What do I look for in the home?
Think about what your animal needs day to day: a garden or terrace, a ground-floor apartment, green spaces nearby, room for bowls and a bed. Look closely at the photos and ask in the chat about what matters to you, for example whether the garden is fenced.
Does the pet rule apply for the whole stay?
Yes. You see the house rules before you book; when the landlord confirms, they are fixed for your booking. If the landlord changes the listing later, your booking stays as it is.
What does it cost?
Before the final click, the booking summary shows the monthly rent, utilities and deposit. The landlord sets the deposit; you pay it directly to them at key handover. Bookings run from 32 nights to 12 months, and the landlord confirms.
Updated: 26 October 2026. The listing and the summary of your booking are what count.
