Which months are actually available?
Enter periods when the whole home you offer is available. Allow time for your own use, handover and any work. A reliable calendar is more useful than a long description full of exceptions. You choose the rental duration and conditions within the platform's limits.
Who helps locally?
If you live outside Mallorca, arrange who hands over the keys, answers property questions and organises repairs. You can do this yourself or appoint local support. MUVAWAY does not take on these tasks as a property manager.
What should tenants be able to understand?
Show rooms, sleeping arrangements, kitchen, bathrooms and outdoor spaces with current photos. Describe heating, internet, access and parking accurately. If there is a pool or garden, explain who maintains it and how its use is agreed. Avoid promising equipment or services the home does not have.
A relocating family, a couple or people living and working temporarily in Mallorca may need different things. Describe your home so they can decide whether it suits them.
How do you choose a tenant?
The tenant books and introduces themselves. You read the booking details, discuss open questions in chat, then confirm or decline yourself. The booking process shows the actual ID-check status. It does not establish income or future payment performance.
