MUVAWAY connects furnished homes in Mallorca with people looking for a temporary home, so living space is used and owners can make more of the months that would otherwise stand empty.
Our mission
Homes are meant to be lived in.
Across Mallorca, many fully liveable properties stand empty for a large part of the year. At the same time, people need a real home for work, study, a break or a transition – not simply a hotel room for a few nights.
We close that gap with furnished seasonal rentals of 1 to 10 months. Unused months become lived-in homes and more predictable rental income. Owners unlock additional return potential without turning their property into nightly holiday accommodation.

Rocco Engler founded MUVAWAY in Palma in 2026. The focus is not a personal biography, but a simple belief: furnished housing can be used more flexibly, transparently and purposefully – for people living temporarily in Mallorca and for owners who want to reduce vacancy.
