This rental apartment is located on the second floor of a historic townhouse in Blanquerna and demonstrates how a 1950s apartment can be transformed into a space truly suited for everyday living through a well-planned renovation. Spanning approximately 103 square meters, the apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area that opens directly onto a private terrace of about 20 square meters. The heart of the apartment is the open-concept kitchen and living area: A white built-in kitchen with a cooking island, dishwasher, and oven flows seamlessly into the dining and living area, which feels airy thanks to light-colored wood floors and high ceilings. The terrace adjoins the space directly and offers outdoor seating with a view over the surrounding rooftops. The bedrooms vary in size—the larger one measures just under 18 square meters, and the smaller one is about 8 square meters. Both bathrooms are fully equipped. Air conditioning and central heating ensure comfortable temperatures year-round. Blanquerna is the promenade of Bons Aires and one of Palma's most popular shopping streets outside the old town. The wide, partly pedestrianised street connects Avinguda Comte de Sallent with the northern residential quarters and is lined with independent shops, cafés and bakeries. Most buildings date from the 1920s to the 1960s, many with modernist façades, high ceilings and generous balconies facing the street. Supermarkets, doctors, schools and the Plaça d'Espanya transport hub are all within walking distance, and the old town is a good ten minutes away. The typical stock is renovated city apartments between 80 and 140 square metres; floor level, orientation and the presence of a lift drive the price differences.
